【求助】关于OVHcloud的VPS申请总是失败，求大佬指点

本人申请OVHcloud多次，总是失败，得到的回复信内容都一样，附后。

本人在国内，之前注册账号时用了美国的节点，由于没有中国选项，所以国家后来又就近选了香港，用了香港的地址，支付用的是美国卡号。多次申请总是失败。提了工单又回复我说并不是不支持中国的。有大佬申请成功了的吗，求指点。
