I am requesting a full refund for my ChatGPT Plus subscription.
My account is for personal use only, and I only have one Codex conversation. However, Codex has been almost unusable. I frequently receive:
“server_is_overloaded”
“Our servers are currently overloaded. Please try again later.”
Even during the limited periods when Codex works, the service is unstable. When I request Astra in the Codex conversation, I am sometimes provided GPT-4o instead.
I paid for ChatGPT Plus, but the service has not been provided reliably or as expected. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund.
Please process the refund and confirm once completed.
