Dear giffgaff Support Team, I am writing to formally request a refund of the remaining Airtime Credit (real cash balance) on my recently closed account. My account details: Username: 你的giffgaff用户名，Phone Number: 你的giffgaff电话号码，Original Payment Method: Credit Card ending in 你的支付卡尾号，I understand that my account was terminated due to the roaming/location usage policy, and I am not disputing the closure of the account itself. However, I am writing to dispute the confiscation of my pre-paid funds. I am only requesting the refund of my own deposited money (Airtime Credit). I am not asking for a refund of any promotional bonus credit, nor am I asking for the refund of any active Goodybag. Since giffgaff has terminated the service and I can no longer use this network, retaining my unspent, self-funded balance is unreasonable and unfair to me as a consumer. I kindly request that you process the refund of my remaining cash balance to my original payment method. If giffgaff insists on refusing this refund, please treat this message as a formal complaint. In that case, I require you to provide a formal “Deadlock Letter” clearly stating the specific Terms and Conditions that give giffgaff the right to confiscate a consumer’s deposited cash balance without providing the service. I will use this Deadlock Letter to escalate the matter to the Communications Ombudsman for independent arbitration, and I reserve the right to initiate a chargeback through my financial institution.
