如何正确进行google play的KYC验证?

如题。又到了一个月一次的找plus渠道的日子了。这下找不到低价的第三方渠道了。

打算通过安卓的GooglePlay正价购买。苯人的GooglePlay应该是绑定的美国地区，苯人以全局模式开着美国节点的梯子。

通过国内的银联卡绑定的GooglePlay交易时遇到：
