5.22，提交申请。地址证明用的是汇丰中国的转账单。

6.8，收到回复说转让单已经不能作为地址证明。说驾照可以，遂上传驾照。

6.26(今天)，等的不耐烦了。直接去问在线客服。回复：

Actually they just got back to me. They are still needing a proof of residence. The transaction history document cannot be accepted. You already provided your driver’s license as proof of identity so it cannot be also used for proof of residence

什么情况？我压根儿就没有用驾照作为之前开户时候的任何证明。怎么就突然变成了身份证明？明明他跟我说可以用作居住证明的。 ^-^

于是，后面上传了ifast的mouthly statement，想着这下总能通过了吧？于是又找了在线客服。回复：

We did receive the document we are creating a new case because the one you gave me expired already

什么玩意儿。这玩意儿还能过期的。 ^-^

于是他帮我重新开了一个case，终于把证件提交上去，他说那也收到了，但是。

It can take 2 to 3 weeks to process at this moment

呃，我都无语了。5.22号提交的申请。忙活到现在，告诉我又要两三周。 ^-^ ^-^

于是我回复：

Thank you. I originally applied on May 22. Could you please ask the review team if they can expedite or prioritize my case? Thank you.

然后，铁面无私的客服 ^-^ ：

The reason is the other application expired and this one is a brand new case, unfortunately I am unable to speed the process at this moment

哎，我真是操了。
