Lebara发不了短信问题解决方案，已成功解决

根据论坛里谋某位佬的启发（那位佬是用发不了短信要退款威胁客服，然后客服帮他后台解开了）

我自己研究了下，实际上这个问题就是他们后台需要把你的漫游配置刷新，这东西就是要找客服，但最好别威胁客服说要退款，万一直接把你号清退然后再退款就得不偿失了。

具体话术如下：

Hi, my newly activated eSIM can receive SMS but cannot send SMS or make calls while roaming in China. I have enough credit and my 7-day block has passed. Could you please bypass the basic troubleshooting and just refresh my roaming configuration on your system? This usually fixes the provisioning issue for new eSIMs.
