​Regarding the cancellation:

I’m writing to confirm that your Claude Max subscription has already been canceled as of 16 August. You will not be charged again.

Regarding the refund:

After reviewing your account, we are unable to issue a refund for your subscription due to a violation of our Consumer Terms of Service. If you believe your account has been wrongly suspended or terminated, please sign in to claude.ai using the account that was banned. Once signed in, you’ll be taken to the appeals page automatically, or you can go directly to: https://claude.ai/restricted If your suspension can be lifted, our team will reach out with details on the status of your account.
