Tmobile申请esim付款失败

Tmobile申请esim付款的时候提示：Customer information cannot be verified. Transaction cannot be completed, and the order has been canceled. Please visit a T-Mobile Retail store to complete your transaction.

有解决办法吗，用虚拟卡也是这样
