Los Angeles Major issue:

Widespread underlying fiber-optic cable failures affecting Cogent and Zayo have led to reduced network stability in the Los Angeles area.

Due to nested leasing arrangements within US Tier-1 backbones, the impact has extended to GTT and Arelion.

Packet loss has been observed on routes from Los Angeles toward the East (including Europe); the DMIT NOC has temporarily removed some of the most severely affected routes.

Some AS174 and AS3257 single home networks are not able to be migrated for network reachablity reason.

由于美国一级骨干网内部存在嵌套租赁安排，此次故障的影响范围已扩展至 GTT 和 Arelion。

从洛杉矶到东部（包括欧洲）的路由已出现丢包现象；DMIT 网络运营中心 (NOC) 已暂时关闭部分受影响最严重的路由。

部分 AS174 和 AS3257 单归属网络由于网络可达性问题无法迁移。
