Dear YPT User,

Important Card Service Update

Recently, frequent maintenance by our upstream card service provider has affected the stability and user experience of certain card services. To provide more reliable card services, YPT is making an important service adjustment.

Effective September 3, 2026 at 12:00 UTC, YPT will discontinue support for:

VegaX · BetelX · AltairX · AltairX-S

What will change

• New applications for these cards will no longer be available.

• Card payments and other card-related transactions will be disabled.

• Transfers and top-ups involving these cards will no longer be available.

• The remaining available balance will be returned automatically to your YPT Funds Account. No request is required.

The balance return is expected to be completed October 3, 2026 at 12:00 UTC. Pending transactions, reversals or unsettled authorizations may need to be completed before the final balance can be returned.

What you need to do

Before September 3, 2026 at 12:00 UTC, remove the affected cards from subscriptions, recurring payments and saved payment methods, and replace them with another payment method.

Your free OpenX card

YPT will create a new OpenX card for you automatically and free of charge. No new application or card issuance fee is required. It is expected to appear under Cards by September 10, 2026 at 12:00 UTC.
