昨天问客服了，现在只支持德国的信息验证

问：Hello, a quick clarification: my account was registered in Austria, but the address on file is in Germany. I only hold a valid Chinese passport and do not possess any EU residence permit. I used this passport for identity verification when I first opened the account. Is there any alternative manual process available for existing customers in my situation?

问：If no other options exist, please provide written confirmation regarding the final deadline, the specific date by which the account will be restricted or closed, and the procedure for withdrawing the full remaining balance before the account is closed. Thank you.

答：I apologize, but currently, only a German residence permit is accepted as a valid form of identification. If you are unable to provide this document, we recommend that you transfer your funds to another bank account.

Please note that you must update your identification details via the N26 app before the deadline.

答：Yes, your account will remain active and fully functional until the deadline specified in the email.

If you fail to provide a German residence permit, your account will be frozen and eventually closed.

We will notify you when the account is closed. At that point, you will need to contact us and provide the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of another bank account so that we can transfer the remaining balance to you.

答：We advise you to avoid this scenario and any resulting delays; if you cannot provide a German residence permit, please transfer your funds to another bank.

Apologies, that was a typo in my previous message.
