没办法，想要增加上限必须 1w 月活，然后还得按量付费

萌新，我的一个号被限制了呢

不在乎时效性就放延迟队列里边慢慢发咯

每分钟30次是单个群组/频道，私聊没限制

当然如果同时发几百个群组/频道/私聊，每个消息还多就可能有另外的限制

但只是订阅类的不用担心
