vodafone偶然发现移动网络，但就很快消失。只能wificalling。

调试了下，vodafone在我这地方根本就不能用手机网络注册成功。

How to fix/check registration:

1. 
   

   In Android mobile network settings for Vodafone, use manual network selection.
   
   Try each available China network: China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom if shown.

   
   


2. 
   

   Try another physical location.
   
   Cause 15 can be tracking-area specific. A different area/tower may have a different TAC/LA.

   
   


3. 
   

   Toggle airplane mode or reboot after changing network selection.
   
   The modem can keep forbidden/denied area state for a while.

   
   


4. 
   

   Ensure Vodafone account has international roaming enabled.
   
   Ask Vodafone specifically: “Is this SIM allowed to roam on China Mobile/China Unicom/China Telecom for LTE packet data?”

   
   


5. 
   

   Try network mode changes.
   
   Force LTE/3G/2G auto, or disable 5G if available. If LTE attach is rejected, another RAT may work if the roaming agreement supports it.

   
   


6. 
   

   Test the SIM in another phone.
   
   If another phone also gets DENIED/no service, it is carrier/roaming provisioning or local network policy, not Wangji.
