关机了三天的ARM不能启动了，这个情况是被回收了吗？

是不是只能终止掉重新抢ARM了 ^-^


错误

无法启动实例：Instance ocid1.instance.oc1.ap-osaka-1.anvwsljr2wmttdacr4mvy7xdlkrzcwlr2glk3rjhy2ibyvzpdcvori5pmysq is disabled and will not accept any action requests. Please contact customer support to reenable.

    探针出问题就关闭了，AMD都重建好了,两个号的ARM起不来了 ^-^
