9950x一共16个核，不可能给你百分百核心的，商家cpu介绍也是share，他这个vds应该只是不限制cpu使用率

9950x has 16C 32T, (We also use Threadripper 9960x 9970x and 9980x)

We assign VCPU Via threads,

VDS gets guaranteed usage 24/7, while VPS gets guaranteed peak performance but only allowed 50% AVG CPU utilization.

Aslong as your daily AVG does not exceed 50% you will be fine, we do not over allocate to a point where there is performance issues, we keep AVG CPU usage on all nodes under 70% At all times. if it exceeds this our system will rebalance the servers in real time.

I know that we are the most stable provider, if you look at all the NQ the performance is very stable across all of them.

24/7平均占用不超过 50%，总体还算宽松
