For what product?

Your servers are very good. When I asked on forums about what kind of machine to buy for running a website, most people recommended your services. Their main feedback about your platform is that it lacks some basic features, for example system reinstallation. It would be great if you could improve that. ^-^

Our anycast system is hard to build haha, but it comes with major benefits examples.

All machines are anycast routed, so the latency on the looking glass is your RTT latency.

Your support ticket response has been very fast, and the attitude has been excellent.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service. The hardware performance is good and the value for money is strong. The random disk read/write performance is slightly weaker, but still acceptable. Considering that DDoS protection is included on top of this, I think the overall package is quite attractive.

I would also like to ask whether you may consider offering a more discounted annual payment plan in the future. I believe that could help attract customers to stay long-term.
