I am writing to appeal the suspension of @AirrailNetworks. I believe this suspension is an error because our account is a legitimate, authentic brand channel, not a malicious bot or part of a coordinated inauthentic network.

The activity that likely triggered your automated system was a temporary misunderstanding. We recently tasked an inexperienced team member with managing our social media marketing. In an over-aggressive attempt to boost early performance, they posted promotional updates too frequently within a short period. While this behavior was entirely unintentional, we understand how it could be misinterpreted as automated spam by your defense systems.

@AirrailNetworks is the official brand account for Airrail Networks, an emerging network service team. We have already addressed this internally and conducted strict training. We explicitly instructed our staff to clean up the timeline and delete all repetitive tweets; however, because the account is currently suspended, the system restricts us from performing any deletion actions.

Moving forward, we recognize that the correct way to market is through official channels, and we plan to utilize X Ads for our future promotional needs. As an active X Premium subscriber, this channel is vital for our customer communication. We kindly request a manual review to clear up this misunderstanding and reinstate our account so we can properly manage our content.
