买了很久没用的机器，之前装了一个komari探针没在管，昨天上去安装下系统发现安装不了，发帖咨询了下。

有个老哥说发邮件问下，我就发了封邮件，您猜怎么着？

账户删除，机器删除，邮件说我机器滥用了。。。。太搞笑了好吧，我是只装了komari。。。。。而且不发邮件，是永远都不会滥用，发了就是滥用？

With our VPS system, C-Servers EagleKey, we have implemented several safety net solutions that are directed at improving security and enforcing the Fair Usage Policy to end unallowed user practices on their VMs that contravene the FUP.



We have detected relevant and continuous abuse on your VPS server, portrayed as follows:

- Outbound port scanning / worm propagation / similar network abuse patterns: 43 different destinations per 45 seconds, 99% SYN_SENT packets unanswered, seen 92x in 12h between 11:11 and 23:11 GMT +1.



This is unacceptable, and it is a violation of the agreed-for Terms and Conditions and the Fair Usage Policy.
