I respectfully disagree with your conclusion and ask that you reconsider my case.
I have not engaged in any prohibited or abnormal activity. I am a genuine individual user with only one account, and I participated in your promotions in a completely normal and compliant manner. I registered as a new user, deposited my own funds during the campaign period, and fulfilled all of the promotion requirements exactly as required. I make this statement truthfully and in good faith: I have never engaged in abnormal farming, wash trading, multi-account operations, market manipulation, or any other behavior that violates your Terms and Conditions.
I fully complied with the campaign requirements, yet I was deemed ineligible for the new user reward. I cannot accept this outcome.
I have still not received the promised 100% ChatGPT subscription reimbursement. I have not violated any rules in relation to that promotion either, and I do not understand why I have also been denied this reimbursement.
I registered with Bybit EU in good faith and participated in the new user promotion because I trusted that the campaign would be administered fairly and in accordance with its published terms. As someone who fully complied with the requirements, I am deeply disappointed to have been found ineligible without having engaged in any prohibited conduct. This experience has seriously undermined my confidence in your promotion review and risk control process.
I sincerely ask you to conduct a careful and fair review of my account and resolve both the new user reward issue and the 100% ChatGPT subscription reimbursement as soon as possible. If this decision is the result of an error in your risk control system, I respectfully ask that it be reviewed and corrected to avoid unfairly affecting legitimate users who have fully complied with the promotion requirements.
I sincerely hope that Bybit EU will resolve this matter fairly and restore my confidence as a legitimate new user.
If this matter cannot be resolved fairly, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the relevant financial regulatory authorities and pursue all available channels to protect my rights as a consumer.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards.

Bybit EU case number: 2xxxxxxxxx
I am filing a supervisory complaint against Bybit EU GmbH because it prevents me from claiming rewards already shown in my account as awarded and available, and because it has not fairly handled my repeated complaints.
I am a genuine new user with only one Bybit EU account. I completed registration, KYC, the required deposit and all new-user tasks exactly as instructed under the published campaign requirements.
I did not engage in abnormal farming, wash trading, multi-accounting, self-referral, market manipulation or any other prohibited conduct. None of the possible reasons mentioned by Bybit EU applies to my account or activity.
I participated in good faith and relied on Bybit EU's campaign instructions. After completing the stated requirements, I should not be denied rewards because of undisclosed or retrospective restrictions that were not clearly communicated in advance.
My account shows the following three rewards as awarded and available to claim:
1. 17.727 USDC Airdrop, claimable before 11 October 2026
2. EUR 10 Bybit Card Bonus, claimable before 1 August 2026
3. EUR 20 worth of BTC Airdrop, claimable before 21 July 2026
All three claim periods remain open. However, I cannot claim any of them, either individually or through the "Claim All" function.
The central issue is that Bybit EU itself displays all three rewards as awarded and available, while its system prevents me from claiming any of them. This restriction is not caused by an expired deadline, an incomplete task or prohibited conduct on my part.
I also paid EUR 15.55 for a ChatGPT subscription and joined the advertised 100% ChatGPT subscription reimbursement promotion. The displayed 17.727 USDC amount appears broadly consistent with that payment after currency conversion, although Bybit EU has not confirmed the precise correspondence. Regardless of internal categorisation, I cannot claim any of the three displayed rewards.
I repeatedly requested a manual review. Bybit EU has never identified any specific transaction, account activity, conduct, evidence or rule that I allegedly breached. It only referred generally to its Reward Terms, declined to provide details and stated that its decision was final.
A general allegation is not a meaningful explanation. It prevents me from understanding or responding to the decision. I am not asking for confidential anti-fraud models. I am asking for the factual basis attributed to my account and correction of the restriction.
Article 71 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 requires effective and transparent complaint handling, fair investigation and communication of the outcome. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/294 requires decisions to address the issues raised and state the reasons for the outcome.
I request that the FMA:
1. investigate the restriction affecting all displayed rewards;
2. assess whether Bybit EU fairly investigated my complaints rather than relying on an unexplained risk-control decision;
3. require an independent manual review by a higher-level team;
4. require Bybit EU to remove the erroneous restriction, restore access to all three rewards and credit all rewards for which I completed the stated requirements;
5. require a reasoned written response identifying the factual basis for any continued allegation; and
6. take appropriate supervisory or corrective action if deficiencies are found.
I am not asking for leniency or special treatment. I am asking for the rewards Bybit EU itself shows as awarded and available after I completed the stated requirements without prohibited conduct.
I can provide screenshots, campaign materials, account records, payment evidence, support chats and Bybit EU's written rejection.
Kind regards.
