Hello,

We have automated setup system but the servers still need to be approved by our engineers, They should be in the office tomorrow morning to finish your order.

Please keep inmind we are a US based company and operate mainly during your sleeping hours.

During the day when engineers are on, orders are automated, when the engineers are not on we must disable it due to possible confliction of over allocation, we do not want to overfill our nodes and degrade performance as we get hunderds of orders.

you may confirm this with any other hosting provider.
