My budget is around $20/month. I’m looking for a VPS with at least 4 CPU cores, 8GB RAM, and 200GB storage, with around 5TB monthly traffic.

I may use the VPS for long-term workloads, such as running FFmpeg applications for media processing, so the server may need to handle sustained CPU usage. The traffic requirement may also be closer to 10TB/month. If higher traffic or better hardware requires additional cost, I’m open to increasing the budget accordingly.

I don’t need China-optimized routes, but the network quality should be good and the connection should avoid unnecessary routing detours (preferably direct/local peering). In particular, good connectivity with Singtel and Tata Communications would be preferred, and local access through Equinix SG would be a plus.

Preferred locations are Singapore first, and Hong Kong as another good option.

The most important thing for me is server stability and reliability.
