However, I currently have an unused Airtime Credit balance of £具体金额 remaining in my account. I want to clarify that this balance comes from a £具体金额 direct top-up made via my bank card, and does not include any promotional or bonus credit.



Since my service is now permanently terminated and I can no longer use this credit, I kindly request a refund of the remaining £具体金额 back to my original payment method (bank card).
