Just to confirm, my VOXI number will not automatically move to Pay As You Go when the current 30-day plan expires, and I will need to contact you again to request the migration. Is that correct?

Yoki, I really sorry for this and there is no any option to move Voxi number in pay as you go automatically. You can contact us before 2 days of plan expire and we'll raise request to move Voxi to pay as you go.

Do you mean that after my VOXI plan expires, I need to submit a request before it can be switched to Pay As You Go? And after that, will I need to top up my account in order to use it?

Yoki, there are two option to transfer your number in pay as you go. Either you can visit store and purchase new pay as you go physical sim card to move Voxi number in pay as you go because esim doesn't work in pay as you go.

Or I can order physical sim card for Voxi number so that you can directly move current Voxi number in pay as you go ?
