We understand your concerns. However, we are unable to keep the legacy iON Basic plan or pricing, and there are no alternative lower-tier plans available.

Effective August 1, 2026, all affected legacy VPS services will be migrated to our current service plans as part of a company-wide update. Your service will be upgraded to the iON Pro 1 plan, and the new pricing will apply from that date.

If you do not wish to continue with the new plan, please let us know, and we can assist you with canceling the service.
