GG 退款成功 （银行卡申诉）

使用银行APP（巴克莱）的Dispute功能。申诉GG因为可能的种族歧视问题封禁我的电话卡，并不给退款。

On dd mm yyyy, I paid £xx to giffgaff via bank card to purchase prepaid mobile services.

However, last week, my giffgaff account was suspended/disabled due to what I believe to be unfair and discriminatory treatment based on my ethnicity, resulting in my being completely unable to use the service.

I contacted giffgaff customer service on 1 August 2026, requesting restoration of service or a refund, but the merchant refused to resolve the issue, and the matter remains unresolved to this day.

Therefore, I apply to initiate a dispute for this transaction and request a refund. This situation falls under 'prepaid service completely not provided', and I have already tried my best to communicate with the merchant but to no avail.
