We are writing to inform you about an upcoming renewal-price change affecting your SkyCluster XNova – Storage 5 TB service.

Due to current market conditions and increased operating costs, we can no longer maintain this promotional service under its existing pricing. At the end of your current prepaid billing period, the service will be moved to our current pricing structure.

The product name, storage capacity, and service specifications will remain unchanged. Your service will continue operating without changes until its next renewal date.

PRICING CHANGE ON RENEWAL

Service: SkyCluster XNova – Storage 5 TB

Current list price: $19.50/month

Your renewal price, including the 20% existing-customer discount:

Monthly billing: $15.60/month



Quarterly billing: $46.80/quarter



Annual billing: $171.60/year



    

  

The price applied to your account will correspond to the billing cycle currently selected for your service.

No action is required if you wish to continue. The new price will apply automatically from the service’s next renewal.

If you do not wish to continue under the new pricing, please log in to the HOST-C customer panel, select SkyCluster XNova – Storage 5 TB, and submit a cancellation request effective at the end of the current billing period. Please do this before the service’s next renewal date to prevent it from renewing at the new price.

Your current prepaid service period will remain fully available and will not be shortened.

We understand that this may not be a welcome change, and we regret any inconvenience it may cause. This adjustment is necessary for us to continue providing reliable and sustainable services under current market conditions.
