步骤：ultra mobile app ，充值页面，选择pay with paypal 网页跳转并且选择了国内的visa 卡，跳转回app后没反应

    我tmobile，直接中行的万事达付的，非常丝滑，官网账单地区就有中国

    问了招行信用卡客服，回复的是 交易成功之后被商户或者平台冲正退回来的

    大概率是封控了 g
