记录下netcup忘记取消续费的工单处理过程

netcup 忘记提前取消，昨天到期今天出的账单。然后我就尝试工单申请下取消账单，好像还挺好说话的？

Our Goodwill department has approved the early termination. We will close out the open invoice nc-xxxxxx as soon as the termination takes effect. Please confirm with us beforehand that you have backed up all relevant data so that we can process the termination immediately.

然后邮件回复确认后，

thank you for your confirmation!

I have cancelled the server and will now hand over your request to cancel the unsettled invoice as well.

We therefore ask for your patience. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

目前是给我删机了，但是账单还在，再等等看看（机都给我删了不能再给我发函子了吧） ^-^
