DevOps Engineer(mid-level 25-50k)

Job Responsibilities

• Infrastructure: Manage and scale AWS cloud resources and Docker/Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.


• Observability: Build and maintain monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and centralized logging (Elasticsearch, Kibana) systems.


• Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security practices across network isolation (VPC/Firewalls), cloud architecture, and CI/CD code/dependency scanning.


• Alerting & Incidents: Design multi-dimensional alerting mechanisms and assist in rapid troubleshooting of production issues.、


• Automation: Maintain and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines and write scripts for daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience in live production environments.


• Tech Stack: Proficient with AWS, K8s, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK. Competent in Shell, Python, or Go for automation.


• Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, network security, and infrastructure hardening.


• Accountability: Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership and respect for production safety; maintains clear documentation.


• Resilience: Ability to handle stress, multitask, and stay calm during high-pressure incidents or fast-paced sprints.

Senior Back-End / Core Infra Engineer (Rust / GoLang 40-70k)

Job Responsibilities

• Native-Core Development: Architect and implement our Native-Core blockchain infrastructure, specializing in core modules including but not limited to consensus mechanisms, matching engines, and high-performance decentralized storage.


• Architecture & Performance: Design and implement high-concurrency, low-latency micro-services, ensuring system scalability and stability under heavy loads.


• Cross-Chain Integration: Collaborate with frontend and smart contract teams to design robust API protocols, bridging off-chain and on-chain workflows.


• Optimization: Take ownership of full-lifecycle engineering, troubleshoot complex production bugs, and continuously optimize system-level performance.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of backend development experience with a solid foundation in distributed systems, concurrent programming, and network protocols.


• 
  Background (One of the following is REQUIRED):
  
  
  • Trading/Web3: Experience at a CEX/DEX or Layer1/Layer2 network, with deep insights into matching engines, blockchain consensus, or high-throughput systems.
  
  
  • Top Web2: Background at a tier-1 tech giant handling massive scale, low-latency infrastructure, or complex distributed databases.
  
  
  
  


• Tech Stack: Expert in Rust or Golang (Rust production experience is a strong plus for core chain dev). Proficient in high-performance database/storage tuning and modern CI/CD.


• Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, proactive tech research, and fluent communication in a fast-paced environment.
