最近一直在尝试注册 Oracle Cloud，每次都遇到 ABC（注册失败）的问题，直到昨天终于成功了。


整个注册过程我全程没有开代理，主打一个“实事求是”。


注册需要一张 VISA 信用卡，我用的是招商银行的 VISA 卡。


9 月 4 日那天，我再一次注册失败。当时抱着“死马当活马医”的心态，点了后面的“请与 Oracle 客服联系”，然后对客服回复的内容一一进行了确认：

这里选择 YES

后面根据提示如实填写即可。提交之后我一直等回复，但始终没有收到邮件。直到昨天，我再一次尝试注册，结果竟然成功了。目前已经用上了。


另外，所有地址都需要使用拼音大写字母开头。

    对了，我联系Oracle客服的时候发了一个申述性质的内容，不知道有没有用，我想大概是没用的，内容如下：


    Dear Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Support Team,


    I am writing to formally appeal the issue I encountered while attempting to create my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) account. I have carefully reviewed the list of common issues for OCI account creation. After thorough verification, I can confirm that none of the following issues apply to my case:


    1. Email Address

    The email address I provided is active and under my full control. I can receive and monitor all communications sent to it without any issues.


    2. Phone Number

    The phone number I entered is a valid mobile number capable of receiving both calls and text messages. I am available at this number if your team needs to contact me for verification purposes.


    3. Payment Verification

    The payment method I used is a physical credit card with my name on it. It is not a virtual or prepaid card. I have confirmed with my bank that the card is active, has sufficient available funds, and is authorized for international transactions. No charges have been declined.


    4. Multiple OCI Accounts

    I do not currently have, nor have I ever had, a previous OCI Free Tier or paid account. This is my first attempt to register for OCI services, and I have not created any other accounts using different email addresses.


    One additional point I would like to bring to your attention:

    I did attempt to register for an OCI account previously using the same phone number, but that registration was not successful and did not go through. I am uncertain whether this previous failed attempt may have caused my current registration to be flagged or blocked in your system. If that is the case, I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing my account status and clearing any holds that may have been applied as a result.


    I believe my account creation was incorrectly flagged or failed due to a system error. I kindly request that you review my application manually and proceed with the account setup. If any further information or documentation (such as a copy of my ID or bank statement for address verification) is required from my side, please do not hesitate to let me know. I am happy to provide them.
