上周看见各位佬都退款了,于是11号让美国豆包也给我写了封投诉信,要求恢复使用或退款,结果发现昨天早上giffgaff选择了自动退款。
这是我哈基米给我的投诉信原文:
Dear giffgaff Support / Complaints Team,
I am writing to formally dispute the recent termination of my mobile service and request an immediate review of my account. If account reinstatement is not possible, I formally request a full refund of my unused cash balance (£10.00).
Account Details:
- Member Name: xxx
- Mobile Number: 0751xxxxxxx
- SIM Activation Date: 01/06/2026
- Notice of Disconnection: 28/07/2026
- Order ID: xxxxxx (£10.00 Airtime Credit)
Grounds for Dispute & Appeal:
1. Premature Disconnection (Under 63 Days):
According to your notification, my service was disconnected citing Section 2.9 and the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) regarding permanent or extended usage outside the UK. However, my SIM card was only activated on 01/06/2026 and disconnected on 28/07/2026 —a total of 57 days. Under standard roaming and fair usage terms (which assess usage over a rolling 4-month/63-day period), my account has not even reached the 63-day evaluation threshold. Disconnecting my line without allowing the statutory assessment window or providing prior fair warning is unjust.
2. Request for Reinstatement:
Given that the termination was premature and inconsistent with the stated 63-day assessment rules, I request that my account and mobile service be reinstated.
3. Alternative Request – Full Refund of Deposited Credit:
If giffgaff upholds the disconnection decision, I demand a full refund of my unspent, self-funded cash balance (£10.00) to my original payment card.
I am not requesting a refund for promotional credits or expired goodybags, but strictly my deposited funds. Retaining a consumer's unspent cash balance while unilaterally terminating the service without providing said service constitutes unfair terms under UK Consumer Rights regulations.
Escalation & Deadlock Notice:
If you are unable to reinstate my service or process the refund, please treat this correspondence as a Formal Complaint.
In the event of a refusal, please issue a formal “Deadlock Letter” outlining the specific contractual terms that permit giffgaff to retain deposited consumer funds upon service termination. I will use this letter to escalate the dispute to the Communications Ombudsman for independent adjudication, alongside filing a formal chargeback dispute with my payment provider.
I look forward to resolving this matter amicably and promptly.
Sincerely,
