Subject: Urgent Appeal to Restore My Work-Related Google Account (Account: [你的谷歌账号，如[email protected]])

Dear Google Support Team,

I am writing to formally appeal the unexpected disablement of my Google account ([你的账号]), which I noticed on [日期，如Dec 22, 2025]. This account is exclusively for work purposes — I have been working in Mainland China for a long time, and due to regional internet access restrictions, I must use a VPN to access Google services (including Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Workspace) for daily work communication, project collaboration, and storing critical business data.

I understand that frequent VPN usage may have caused inconsistent or varied IP addresses, which likely triggered your system’s security checks. However, I want to emphasize that this VPN usage is purely necessary for my work and fully compliant with local regulations. I have never violated Google’s Terms of Service, and all activities on this account are legitimate and work-related.

This account contains a large amount of irreplaceable work data, including client communications, project documents, and work schedules. Its disablement has seriously disrupted my work progress and may lead to significant business losses. I sincerely promise to continue abiding by all Google’s policies in the future and will cooperate with any additional verification procedures if needed.

Could you please urgently review my appeal and restore my account as soon as possible? Your prompt assistance will be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to contact me via the auxiliary email below if you need further information.

Best regards,

Bound Phone Number (optional): [
