记录一下苹果IOS商店订阅的Claude Pro退款方式

流程

1.原因：前几天被封了。

2.方式：首先通过chatGPT问了一下能否退款，看着可以。就让他生成了一分英文申请，我有让它在申请里面提到我差不多使用了半个多月。

3.去这个地址申请 https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ 之后填写相关信息，这里我选择了“请求退款、其他”。大概一天有结果。

I subscribed to Claude through the App Store. I was able to use the service for part of the billing period, but my Claude account was later suspended, and I have since been unable to access the paid service. Although I used the subscription for approximately half of the billing period, I have been unable to use the remaining time that I already paid for.
