Following our previous notification regarding the unexpected reboot of the server node hosting your VPS, we have completed a further assessment and finalized the preventive maintenance plan.
To minimize the risk of additional service disruption, we have decided to migrate your VPS to a new server node before carrying out further hardware inspection and firmware maintenance on the current node.
Maintenance Details
- Date & Time: Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 01:00 PM (JST/GMT+9)
- Expected Downtime: Approximately 15–30 minutes
- Planned Action: Migration of the VPS to a new server node
- Impact: No changes to your IP address or data
During the migration, your VPS may experience a brief service interruption. Once the migration is complete, it will resume normal operation on the new server node with its existing IP address and data intact.
After the VPS migration, our technical team will conduct a thorough inspection and perform the necessary firmware maintenance on the original server node separately.
This revised approach is intended to protect service stability while allowing us to investigate the original node more thoroughly.
