Dear AWS Customer,

We could not validate important details about your Amazon Web Services (AWS) account and its payment information. As a result, your AWS account has been placed on hold pending additional verification. Until we verify your information, you will not be able to request any new services on your account. Any resources currently running on your account are subject to termination and might not be recoverable. At this time, we need your support to address the situation.

If you do not respond by 09/25/2026, your AWS account will be suspended and you won't be able to access AWS services. AWS reserves the right to expedite suspension of your account and termination of your resources in certain situations.

To resolve this issue, please upload the following information (both requests are mandatory):

1. A copy of a recent statement for the primary payment method currently associated with your AWS account (credit card, debit card, bank account, UPI etc.), clearly displaying the last two or four digits of the card or account number, the account holder's name, and the billing address. The statement must match the primary payment method on file with your AWS account. If the primary payment method holder and AWS account holder are different individuals, please also provide a copy of a government-issued identity document for the payment method holder (such as a driver's license or passport).


2. A government issued ID of the AWS account holder (For example, a copy of Driving License, Passport, etc.).
   
   If your AWS account is in the name of a business, please also upload one or more of the following in addition to items 1 and 2 above:
   
   -- Business's legal name, Business registration or license and the URL for your website (if applicable)
   
   -- Business name and Tax documents of the mentioned Business
   
   -- A contact phone number where you can be reached if we need more information
   
   Please note that the document should meet the below criteria:
   
   -- Should be legible
   
   -- Should not be password protected. Please remove the password before uploading
   
   -- Should be a recent document (up to 2 months old)
