We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding your VPS.

Earlier today, your node experienced a hardware failure involving the NVMe drive. After extensive testing, the datacenter confirmed that the drive has failed and, unfortunately, the data on the drive cannot be recovered.

We understand how disappointing this news is, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

A replacement NVMe drive has been ordered on an expedited basis. As soon as it arrives, it will be installed immediately, and we will begin provisioning replacement VPSs for all affected customers. Your new login information will be sent to you as soon as your replacement service is ready.

If you need additional bandwidth to restore your data from backups, please let us know by opening a support ticket. We will be happy to assist with any re-uploads needed to help you get back online as quickly as possible.
