关于Plasma 1找客服对线

因为我KYC之后，一直显示Verification in Review，但是一直转圈，没有进展，今天去找了客服。客服回答如下：

1. Two proof of address documents for your residence dated within the last 3 months. These must be two of the following:

• Bank statement from atraditional bank


• Credit card statement from atraditional bank


• Utility bill (gas, electricity,water, or internet)


• Government-issued letter orcorrespondence

2. Tax Identification Number associated with your country of residence.

1. 两份显示您居住地址且日期在最近3个月内的地址证明文件。这两份文件必须属于以下类别：

2. 您居住国对应的税务识别号。

关于地址证明，倒是问题不大，但是这个税务识别号应该怎么解决？我是猪肝红+英国地址证明，也需要英国的税号吗？
