老team如果在6月24日之前，没有生效的codex坐席，一样会被取消codex。

6月24号之前有生效的codex坐席的工作空间，依然能调整codex席位.

6月24之后的team，统一没有codex席位

@sosel #17 没有误点，账号进去还是只能codex，但是账单那里变成3个席位了，不懂是不是bug，还是真的改了
