晚上七点半左右写了退款邮件

八点官方明确退款

现在九点，官网上已经看不到手机号了

里面的 你的手机号 替换成你自己的，然后稍微润色一下：

Dear Sir/Madam,



I hope this email finds you well.



I am writing regarding your recent notice about the planned disconnection of my service. I subscribed to your package under account [你的手机号] while studying in the UK. I have now returned to China and currently live here on a long-term basis, so I am no longer able to use the service in the UK.
