我的 giffgaff 解封了,还送了我 10 欧的额度

收到一封 gg 的邮件，目前送的 10 欧也生效了，之前我自己充的 10 欧全都捐了：
Hi Fan,

Your service was recently disconnected in error. We’re really sorry for the mistake and any inconvenience it caused. We’re currently in the process of restoring your account, and your service will be fully restored in the next few days. You might need to restart your phone if your service does not appear restored in the next 48 hours. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ll also apply £10 credit to your account.

To keep your service running smoothly in the future, please be aware of these guidelines:


UK Usage Requirements: Accounts require regular ongoing usage within the UK to remain active under our service terms


Travel Roaming: Roaming outside the UK is supported for short-term travel only

Our SIM cards and services are intended for UK residents, for primarily standard UK usage or temporary travel roaming with no extended or permanent international usage. If you feel you're unable to meet these requirements or if our service no longer meets your needs, you can port your number out to another provider or cancel and terminate your number at any time.


To port your number, you’ll need to request your PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) by logging into your online account and navigating to “Get a giffgaff PAC code”


Alternatively, if you’d like to cancel your account without taking your number you can request a STAC code, by logging into your online account and navigating to “Get a giffgaff STAC code”

Following your PAC or STAC request, you can also request a refund of any credit you have directly purchased by contacting an agent here. (Promotional or goodwill credit on your account are active-account perks and are therefore not eligible for cash refunds).
