[开源] SciForge：本地优先的深度学习科研 Agent Harness

做这个的初衷是：LLM 写代码已经够强，但科研工作流仍然割裂——文献在一个工具、实验在 SSH 、画图在另一个脚本。

SciForge 的做法是把科研拆成四层：
- Skill：方法论（ 24 个，兼容 DSH / Claude Code 规范）
- Tool：46 个确定性能力（检索/精读/SSH/实验/配图/写作）
- Pipeline：7 条 Recipe （ full / survey / experiment / paper / daily / figure / litreview ）
- GUI：8 个本地网页页面，无构建、无 CDN

技术栈：Python 3.12 + Typer + FastAPI + 原生前端；默认 deepseek-flash / deepseek-v4-pro ，也支持 OpenAI 兼容 API ； 355 个离线测试，CI 覆盖 Python 3.10/3.12 。
