chatgpt(codex)桌面端僵尸进程

最近升级 codex 后，电脑经常崩溃，谷歌浏览器闪退，甚至终端都打不开，显示：
[forkpty: Resource temporarily unavailable]
[未能创建新的进程和打开伪终端(pseudo-tty)。]
似乎是无资源可用，只能重启电脑，重启后又好了。一开始以为电脑系统出问题了，没与 codex 联想起来。
今天又出现后，让 codex 去排查，得出的结果：

我查到崩溃报告里的关键原因：
SkyComputerUseService
bundleID: com.openai.sky.CUAService
built for macOS 14.4 which is newer than running OS
Library not loaded: /usr/lib/swift/libswiftObservation.dylib

macOS 13.6
所以现在情况是：
ChatGPT 主 app 自己标的是最低 macOS 12.0 ，所以它能打开。
但里面的 SkyComputerUseService 这个 helper 是按 macOS 14.4+ 构建的。
macOS 13.6 没有 libswiftObservation.dylib 。
helper 一启动就崩。
ChatGPT 又不停重试启动它。
每次失败留下 <defunct>，所以 ps aux | wc -l 持续上涨。
关闭 ChatGPT 后父进程退出，zombie 被系统回收，所以数量回到 400 多。
这不是你配置错了，也不是你没点“安装”的问题，是 当前 ChatGPT/Codex 版本的 Computer Use helper 和 macOS 13.6 不兼容，而且 app 没有正确停止重试。
最稳的解决方案：
升级 macOS 到 14.4 或更高。
如果暂时不想升级系统，就不要开 ChatGPT 桌面端里的 Codex/Computer Use 相关页面太久。
保留 /Applications/ChatGPT.app ，移走 /Applications/Codex.app ，避免双 bundle 干扰。
向 OpenAI 反馈时直接给这句：
