We want to sincerely apologize for the slower-than-usual support response times over the past couple of weeks. This falls short of the standard of service we hold ourselves to, and we appreciate your patience while we worked through the backlog.


The primary cause was an exceptionally high volume of tickets requesting Los Angeles stock, which will not be available until August or September. Keeping pace with these inquiries required a significant amount of our team's time.


As of this morning, every open ticket has been answered. In doing so, we had to inform many of you that we are currently out of stock in both Los Angeles and Singapore, and that we are temporarily pausing new waitlist entries until we have fulfilled all existing waitlist orders scheduled for August and September.


We are pleased to confirm that support response times have returned to normal effective today, and we expect them to remain that way going forward.


To better manage the ongoing volume of Los Angeles stock requests, we will be implementing automated replies until all outstanding waitlist requests have been fulfilled.


A few notes on how we handle stock and the waitlist:



  • Waitlist priority is always given first to existing customers requesting upgrades, followed by new customer requests.

  • All stock requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

We're excited to announce that we've upgraded our VPS backup infrastructure across all locations to Proxmox Backup Server (PBS), a professional-grade backup solution that significantly improves how your backups are handled.


What's new with PBS:


Incremental backups: After the initial full backup, only changes are stored -- meaning faster backup windows and less storage overhead.

Deduplication: Identical data blocks are stored only once, maximizing efficiency across all backups.

Automatic scheduling: Backups run automatically every 24 hours, around 3:00 am Eastern Standard Time, with a full backup taken every 3 days and incremental backups in between.

Manual backups: You can trigger a manual backup at any time directly from the VirtFusion panel.

Retention: Up to 7 backups are retained at all times, giving you a full week of restore points.

What happens to your existing backups?


Your previous backups remain available and can be restored by our team upon request for the next 7 days. We've hidden them from the client portal to avoid any confusion with your new backups. After 7 days, all legacy backup clusters will be decommissioned, and old backups will no longer be accessible.


If you need a restore from your old backups, please open a support ticket before that window closes.
